 We have tried very hard to accommodate every kind of hunter and his or her individual desires. With many years of experience in the hunting industry, we have learned that not all hunters have the same desire in the way that they want to hunt. Some like the "do-it-yourself" drop camps, some like the semi-guided hunts, while others prefer the fully outfitted hunt. This is why we put forth such great efforts, with a spirit of excellence, to offer a wide range of premiere hunting experiences.
We provide professional, expert guides, which when added with our top notch hunting areas, equals very high success rates for our elk and deer hunters. We specialize in trophy elk hunts where bull elk range from about 240 to 350 Boone & Crockett points with 375+ bull elk being possible. Our mule deer range from 150" - 200"+ and our whitetail deer average 190"+.
Higher Ground Outfitters Inc. has thousands of acres of prime land in our hunting portfolio with additional top quality hunting areas being added yearly. Our hunting areas are a sportsman's paradise for high-success hunting opportunities for trophy mule deer, antelope and big bull elk. All bull elk and mule deer hunts are five days. Antelope hunts are scheduled for three days.
We have recently added new waterfowl and upland game hunting areas that are sure to provide you with some of the most memorable duck, goose and pheasant hunting you have ever experienced.
